Aside from Italy, it is possible to order prescription lenses. We have indicated in the product details if this option is available. We ship all glasses ready in our stock within one business day from the day we receive your order. In case the product is not in stock, we will send you an email with the estimated waiting time. We remind you that the aforementioned waiting times may vary depending on the model and on the official supplier’s availability. Should you need more information or a confirmation of the timing, you can write to us to support@otticanet.it
Following the shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the courier information, so that you can easily follow your parcel.
For all orders placed outside the European Union, aside from Australia, Norway, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, taxes are not included in the price of the glasses. For this reason, you might be asked to cover duties and taxes by your Country’s Customs. These costs are on the Customer’s charge and are not imposed by Otticanet.
Returns
You can return your glasses within 30 days from the day you received them. You can request the return from your personal account page. We will send you via e-mail all the instructions.
The glasses can be returned if they are not used, and if shipped back in perfect conditions complete of all the original packaging. There are no restocking fees, but return shipping costs are on the Customer’s charge.
You can exchange your glasses for a different model. You will have to settle the difference, or we will refund it. You can also request a refund, and in this case it will be credited back to your original payment method within 6 working days from the day we receive your return.
