We are here to make sure that your purchase is easy and stress-free.

All glasses available in our warehouses are shipped within one business day after the order is placed. If an item is not in stock, we will promptly notify you by email about delivery times, which may vary based on availability from official manufacturers.

 

PRICES

  • VAT Included: If you reside in a European Union country, the prices you see on our site include VAT.

  • VAT Excluded: If you reside outside the European Union, prices do not include VAT and may be subject to local taxes or customs fees.

In some countries such as Australia, Norway, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Canada, taxes may already be included in the price of the item. To learn more, please visit our FAQ section - Shipping Times and Costs.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are not included in the prices shown and vary according to the destination. We suggest you check for shipping costs in your country.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Remember that discount codes cannot be combined nor applied to already discounted items such as those in the Outlet, Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Good Friday sections.

We accept several payment methods to give you maximum flexibility:

  • Cash on delivery (Italy only and for purchases up to €500)

 

SHIPMENTS

We care about the safety of your glasses. Each purchase is carefully packaged to protect it from shocks and temperature alterations. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately. For more information about shipping, please visit the dedicated page.

 

COURIERS

To ensure fast and safe delivery, we rely on the best international couriers such as FedEx, TNT, DHL and GLS. We recommend that you provide us with an address where the courier can deliver the package directly to you or someone you trust. Please make sure there is someone available to pick it up at the time of delivery.

 

PARCEL TRACKING

You can monitor the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number on the courier's website. Tracking details will be available 24-48 hours after shipment.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

If your order is being shipped outside the European Union, local taxes and customs fees may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot know the amount of any taxes and/or customs charges beforehand as they vary according to the regulations operating in each country.

We recommend that you contact your local customs authority, Fedex or Dhl customer service in your country for more information.

The fees charged to the recipient are collected by the courier when the package is delivered or you will be asked to settle the payment at a later time.

 

GUARANTEES

We are proud to offer only 100% original products. All sunglasses are accompanied by the certificate of safety and quality required by European regulations, printed or via QR code (L.D. No. 46 of 24/02/1997-D.M. No. 180 of 04/05/1998) and, where applicable, the certificate of authenticity and originality of the product issued by the official manufacturer.

Each product is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of proven malfunction of the item, the warranty may cover the replacement or repair.

However, the warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage resulting from improper use of the products.

Please note that Otticanet is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to persons or property as a result of product malfunction.

If you have any problems with your purchase, contact us by email at info@otticanet.it. Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Central European Time).

In accordance with the Article 14 of Regulation 524/2013 we inform you that, in case of a dispute, you may file a complaint through the ODR platform of the European Union which can be reached at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

The ODR platform is an access point for users who wish to resolve disputes arising from online sales or service contracts out of court.
