All our products have a 24 months product guarantee that covers manufacturing defects. To inquire about a defect you can write to us to support@otticanet.it attaching a picture. We remind you that defects due to every-day use are not covered by warranty.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Yes, if we have not shipped your order yet, we can update or cancel your order at no further cost. All you need to do is write to us at support@otticanet.it Should you request a refund, we will credit the total amount back to the method of payment you had chosen upon placing the order.

Can I buy prescription lenses?

Aside from Italy, it is possible to order prescription lenses. We have indicated in the product details if this option is available. For more information and to request a quote, please write to: support@otticanet.it indicating the frame you desire, your prescription and the type of lenses you need. Our opticians will get back to you within 24 business hours.
Shipping

We ship all glasses ready in our stock within one business day from the day we receive your order. In case the product is not in stock, we will send you an email with the estimated waiting time. We remind you that the aforementioned waiting times may vary depending on the model and on the official supplier’s availability. Should you need more information or a confirmation of the timing, you can write to us to support@otticanet.it

Following the shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the courier information, so that you can easily follow your parcel.

For all orders placed outside the European Union, aside from Australia, Norway, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, taxes are not included in the price of the glasses. For this reason, you might be asked to cover duties and taxes by your Country’s Customs. These costs are on the Customer’s charge and are not imposed by Otticanet.

Returns

You can return your glasses within 30 days from the day you received them. You can request the return from your personal account page. We will send you via e-mail all the instructions.

The glasses can be returned if they are not used, and if shipped back in perfect conditions complete of all the original packaging. There are no restocking fees, but return shipping costs are on the Customer’s charge.

You can exchange your glasses for a different model. You will have to settle the difference, or we will refund it. You can also request a refund, and in this case it will be credited back to your original payment method within 6 working days from the day we receive your return.
